The institution in question provides services on the territory of the town of Michalovce, so it was very important for us to meet the workers of the centre. \u0160tef\u00e1nia Capcarov\u00e1 and \u013da\u013eov\u00e1 Jana, as the head of the Legal Aid Centre, appreciated the importance of the functioning of the counselling centre, but also the importance of networking and cooperation. We approached them with the opportunity to become members of the working group, which they perceived as important and accepted the opportunity. At the end of the meeting we gave them contacts and brochures about the counselling centre for the clients they serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The project \u201eWe stand with women. We protect and support them!\u201c benefits from a 486 622 \u20ac grant from Norway through the Norway Grants. The project has been co-financed from the State Budget of the Slovak Republic in the amount of 72 993 \u20ac. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the project is to increase availability of specialist counselling centres for women \u2013 survivors of intimate partner violence and their children in Kosice region by enhancing and increasing the quality of support services in the existing counselling centres in Ko\u0161ice, Michalovce and Spi\u0161sk\u00e1 Nov\u00e1 Ves and establishing new counselling centres in Ro\u017e\u0148ava, Gelnica and Sobrance.
