Jednou z aktiv\u00edt projektu je aj sie\u0165ovanie advok\u00e1tov a advok\u00e1tok v Ko\u0161ickom kraji s cie\u013eom zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 dostupnos\u0165 kvalitnej pr\u00e1vnej pomoci pre \u017eeny za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00face n\u00e1silie v partnersk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch a ich deti.<\/p>\n

Cie\u013eom \u00favodn\u00e9ho semin\u00e1ra bolo predstavi\u0165 projekt a my\u0161lienku sie\u0165ovania, ako aj zisti\u0165 potreby a sk\u00fasenost\u00ed z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch advok\u00e1tok vo vz\u0165ahu k problematike n\u00e1silia na \u017een\u00e1ch a poskytovania pr\u00e1vnej pomoci a advok\u00e1tskeho zastupovania \u017een\u00e1m a ich de\u0165om.<\/p>\n

S pr\u00edtomn\u00fdmi advok\u00e1tkami z Ko\u0161\u00edc a z Ro\u017e\u0148avy sme sa rozpr\u00e1vali o ich sk\u00fasenostiach a ich motiv\u00e1cii sie\u0165ova\u0165 sa s in\u00fdmi advok\u00e1tkami a advok\u00e1tmi. Spolo\u010dn\u00fdm z\u00e1ujmom bola v\u00fdmena sk\u00fasenosti a diskusia o tom, \u010do by bolo potrebn\u00e9 zmeni\u0165 v praxi in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed presadzuj\u00facich z\u00e1kon na to, aby ich odozva v oblasti \u00fa\u010dinnej ochrany \u017eien pred n\u00e1sil\u00edm bola lep\u0161ia.<\/p>\n

Na organiz\u00e1cii semin\u00e1ra sme spolupracovali s Region\u00e1lnou kancel\u00e1riou Slovenskej advok\u00e1tskej komory (SAK) v Ko\u0161iciach, ktor\u00e1 n\u00e1m pomohla sprostredkova\u0165 inform\u00e1ciu o realiz\u00e1cii webin\u00e1ru advok\u00e1tom a advok\u00e1tkam. Napriek tomu bola \u00fa\u010das\u0165 na webin\u00e1ri ni\u017e\u0161ia, ako sme predpokladali, preto ho pl\u00e1nujeme zopakova\u0165 a sk\u00fasi\u0165 kontaktova\u0165 advok\u00e1tky a advok\u00e1tov aj in\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom.<\/p>\n

Projekt \u201eStoj\u00edme pri \u017een\u00e1ch. Chr\u00e1nime a podporujeme ich!\u201c z\u00edskal grant z N\u00f3rska v sume 486 622 \u20ac. Projekt bol spolufinancovan\u00fd v sume 72 993 \u20ac zo \u0161t\u00e1tneho rozpo\u010dtu Slovenskej republiky.  <\/p>\n

Cie\u013eom projektu je zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 dostupnos\u0165 \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch poradensk\u00fdch centier pre \u017eeny za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00face n\u00e1silie v partnersk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch a ich deti v Ko\u0161ickom kraji, prostredn\u00edctvom roz\u0161\u00edrenia a skvalitnenia slu\u017eieb v u\u017e existuj\u00facich poradensk\u00fdch centr\u00e1ch v Ko\u0161iciach, Michalovciach, Spi\u0161skej Novej Vsi a zriaden\u00edm nov\u00fdch poradensk\u00fdch centier v Ro\u017e\u0148ave, Gelnici a Sobranciach. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zlep\u0161i\u0165 v Ko\u0161ickom kraji pr\u00edstup \u017eien za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00facich n\u00e1silie v partnersk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch k inform\u00e1ci\u00e1m o mo\u017enostiach pomoci a podpory v \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch poradensk\u00fdch centr\u00e1ch, ako aj zlep\u0161i\u0165 odozvu in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed, na ktor\u00fdch \u017eeny a ich deti h\u013eadaj\u00fa ochranu pred n\u00e1sil\u00edm. \u202f  <\/p>\n
