Tento t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 sme mali \u010fal\u0161ie stretnutie zameran\u00e9 na v\u00fdmenu sk\u00fasenost\u00ed medzi poradensk\u00fdmi centrami Fenestra, OZ HANA a Pomoc rodine. Stretli sme sa v priestoroch partnera projektu, Pomoc rodine, v Michalovciach a hlavnou t\u00e9mou bola v\u00fdmena sk\u00fasenost\u00ed v oblasti rozv\u00edjania spolupr\u00e1ce s in\u0161tit\u00faciami.<\/p>\n

T\u00fato t\u00e9mu sme si definovali, ako jednu z d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch t\u00e9m na v\u00fdmenu sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, preto\u017ee sk\u00fasenosti z pr\u00e1ce so \u017eenami n\u00e1m ukazuje, \u017ee je \u00fazko prepojen\u00e1 na poskytovanie ochrany, pomoci a podpory \u017eien za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00facich n\u00e1silie. U\u017e v za\u010diatkoch rozv\u00edjania spolupr\u00e1ce s in\u0161tit\u00faciami sme vych\u00e1dzali z poznania, \u017ee \u017eiadna organiz\u00e1cia, ani in\u0161tit\u00facia nedok\u00e1\u017ee \u00fa\u010dinne chr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u017eeny pred n\u00e1sil\u00edm v partnersk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch a pom\u00e1ha\u0165 im a podporova\u0165 ich a ich deti sama.<\/p>\n

Na stretnut\u00ed sme si vymie\u0148ali sk\u00fasenosti z obdobia, ke\u010f sme jednotliv\u00e9 organiz\u00e1cie iniciovali vznik pracovn\u00fdch skup\u00edn na prevenciu a elimin\u00e1ciu n\u00e1silia na \u017een\u00e1ch v na\u0161ich mest\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 koordinujeme. Diskutovali sme o zmen\u00e1ch v prostred\u00ed a v in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 sa odvtedy udiali. Rovnako sme sa rozpr\u00e1vali o tom, ako pand\u00e9mia COVID-19 preru\u0161ila a ovplyvnila procesy v pracovn\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch a ako s t\u00fdmto vplyvom nalo\u017ei\u0165 pri obnovovan\u00ed pracovn\u00fdch skup\u00edn.<\/p>\n

V neposlednom rade sme diskutovali o tom, ako pracova\u0165 s procesom roz\u0161irovania na\u0161ich pracovn\u00fdch skup\u00edn o z\u00e1stupcov a z\u00e1stupkyne z \u010fal\u0161\u00edch in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed, na \u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 v tomto procese pam\u00e4ta\u0165 a \u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Zhodli sme sa na tom, \u017ee multi-in\u0161titucion\u00e1lna spolupr\u00e1ca a jej rozv\u00edjanie je v\u017edy v\u00fdzvou a t\u00e1to t\u00e9ma zost\u00e1va jednou z t\u00fdch, o ktor\u00fdch sa budeme v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdmeny sk\u00fasenost\u00ed rozpr\u00e1va\u0165 aj v bud\u00facnosti.<\/p>\n

Projekt \u201eStoj\u00edme pri \u017een\u00e1ch. Chr\u00e1nime a podporujeme ich!\u201c z\u00edskal grant z N\u00f3rska v sume 486 622 \u20ac. Projekt bol spolufinancovan\u00fd v sume 72 993 \u20ac zo \u0161t\u00e1tneho rozpo\u010dtu Slovenskej republiky.  <\/p>\n

Cie\u013eom projektu je zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 dostupnos\u0165 \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch poradensk\u00fdch centier pre \u017eeny za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00face n\u00e1silie v partnersk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch a ich deti v Ko\u0161ickom kraji, prostredn\u00edctvom roz\u0161\u00edrenia a skvalitnenia slu\u017eieb v u\u017e existuj\u00facich poradensk\u00fdch centr\u00e1ch v Ko\u0161iciach, Michalovciach, Spi\u0161skej Novej Vsi a zriaden\u00edm nov\u00fdch poradensk\u00fdch centier v Ro\u017e\u0148ave, Gelnici a Sobranciach. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zlep\u0161i\u0165 v Ko\u0161ickom kraji pr\u00edstup \u017eien za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00facich n\u00e1silie v partnersk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch k inform\u00e1ci\u00e1m o mo\u017enostiach pomoci a podpory v \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch poradensk\u00fdch centr\u00e1ch, ako aj zlep\u0161i\u0165 odozvu in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed, na ktor\u00fdch \u017eeny a ich deti h\u013eadaj\u00fa ochranu pred n\u00e1sil\u00edm. \u202f  <\/p>\n
